Everything we publish here — the writing, the design, the code that runs the site, the images — is our work. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You can't republish substantial portions, mirror the site, or use our content to train AI models without our written permission.
Quoting a paragraph in an article you're writing, citing our work in a research piece, or sharing a link in a Slack channel — all fine.
04 · The intake assistant and contact forms
The intake assistant is a conversational tool to help you describe a workflow and get a fit recommendation. It is not legal, accounting, medical, or financial advice, and it doesn't form a client relationship between you and our team.
Don't paste confidential client information, regulated data, secrets, or anything you'd be uncomfortable having a third party see into the assistant or the contact form. Use those channels for an initial conversation; we'll set up a confidential channel before exchanging anything sensitive.
We respond to every legitimate inquiry. We reserve the right to ignore spam, abuse, and bad-faith submissions.
05 · Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate. Articles, prices, and process descriptions reflect our practice at the time we wrote them; they may change. The authoritative price and scope for any engagement is the one in your signed engagement letter, not the one on a marketing page.
Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome for your business.
06 · Third-party links
We link out to third-party sites and tools where they're useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they publish or how they handle data. Use your own judgment.

Again, paid engagement agreements have their own liability terms negotiated for the work involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Mississippi, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top of the page when we do. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
