01 · The short version
We collect the minimum information we need to run our business and respond to you. We don't sell visitor or client data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Our intake assistant and contact form send your message to our team and nowhere else.

02 · Who we are
Workflow Solutions Co. is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website. Our office is at 1100 Government St, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. You can reach us at hello@wfsolutionsgc.com or (228) 555-0140.
03 · What we collect
When you book a discovery call: your name, email address, and any scheduling notes you choose to share. This information goes to our calendar tool so we can confirm the meeting and to our inbox so we can prepare.
When you send a contact form: your name, email, optional company, and the message you write. We store this in our inbox and respond from there.
When you use the intake assistant on the homepage: the messages you exchange with our intake assistant are sent to the enterprise AI platform that powers it under a no-training agreement, then returned to your browser. We do not retain individual conversations after they end, and the platform doesn't use them to train its models. If you choose to send your conversation to us by following up, the conversation becomes part of our normal inbox.
When you simply browse the site: our hosting provider logs basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run analytics platforms that build user profiles, and we don't set advertising cookies. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future; if we do, we'll update this page.
04 · How we use it
To respond to inquiries and run discovery calls.
To deliver and support engagements with active clients.
To send occasional updates (no more than a few times a year) to clients and prospects who have asked to hear from us. We do not run an opt-out marketing newsletter you have to unsubscribe from after the fact.
To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
06 · How long we keep it
Contact form messages: as long as we have an active conversation, then archived in our inbox per ordinary email-retention practice.
Discovery call notes: as long as you are an active or recent prospect / client.
Server logs: typically 90 days, kept for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@wfsolutionsgc.com. We will do so, subject to any legal or contractual records-retention obligations.
07 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wfsolutionsgc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no cost (unless a request is excessive — in which case we will tell you, and explain why).
08 · Children
This site is for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
09 · Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a more visible notice. The site footer will continue to link here.
