Our team is made up of engineers, analysts, and operators who have spent years inside the kinds of firms we work with — law firms, accounting firms, engineering consultancies, municipal operations, small businesses on the coast. We are not generalist tech consultants, and we are not AI-curious career changers. We deploy production software for organizations that depend on it.

We are deliberately small. The point isn't scale; the point is that the people who scope your engagement are the people who deliver it. Nothing about your work gets handed to a junior contractor we've never met. The engineer in the discovery call is the engineer doing the build.

Every engagement has a lead engineer and a project manager. The lead engineer scopes, designs, and builds. The PM owns communication, scheduling, and making sure the engineer has what they need from your team to keep moving.

Larger engagements add a second engineer — usually one focused on integrations and one focused on the AI-workflow layer. We do not staff with subcontractors on short notice. We do not bid engagements we don't have the people to deliver.

For implementations that go past a quarter, we expect — and budget for — at least one in-person visit. Software is built remotely, but trust isn't.

Weekly check-ins by default. A Slack or email channel where your team can reach us between syncs. All work documented in a written runbook as it ships; nothing exists only in someone's head. You always know where things stand.

We work in your calendar. If your busy season is tax season, we ship before January. If you have a council meeting in June, we deliver before the packet goes out. We are explicit about timelines and we hold ourselves to them.

When something goes wrong — and on a long enough timeline, something will — we surface it fast, in writing, with a proposed resolution. We don't hide problems and we don't blame your team. The buck stops with us.

Headquartered in Ocean Springs, MS, on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We work in-person across the Coast and the Mobile, AL area. We work remotely with clients nationwide. We travel for any engagement large enough to warrant it.

The Gulf Coast is where we are. Nationwide is where we work. Both halves of that matter to us.
